Thank you for taking a look at my artwork!

 

My name is Austin Cole and Solar Neighbor is a multi media art project I have been working on for many years consisting of stop motion animation, painting, embroidery, sewing, and more. I use all of these mediums to bring to life a vibrant, whimsical  world filled with space aliens, exotic plant life, and kind highly evolved turtles called skillipeas. 

 

In this world you will find no art created with AI. I have created art since I was a small child and it is an integral part of my life, hope, peace, and sense of purpose in this life. Every job I have ever worked has been with the intention of buying myself time to create art. It is my favorite thing to do and I don’t have any intention of ever letting AI  make art for me. 

 

My goal with this project is to continue to give myself a creative outlet in building this world and encourage others to get lost in their own imaginations and create as well.
